Measure around your wrist at the place you like to wear a bracelet. Use a cloth measuring tape (like a tailor uses) and determine the circumference (distance around) in inches.

If you don't have a cloth tape, measure with a string then lay the string out along a ruler. Rolling a ruler around your wrist does not work. Do not measure too tightly or too loosely. This measurement, in inches, is your bracelet size.
