We believe that all information that you give us in ordering Bullion Jewelry, IS YOURS. We do not sell it, share it, or trade it to others, except as noted below. We use UMB Bank and their NOVA system for all credit card payments and check verification.

We will however, if you specifically request, keep your email address to notify you of any new designs or styles. Please register your email address if you wish this occasional service by sending us an email with your email address.


Our Environmental Policy

American Bullion Jewelry buys gold only from refiners who practice environmentally safe methods of refining and who use gold from the Earth's already-mined metal supply.

As of Fall 2008, we are also located in our new studio, powered by the sun and wind.

Privacy Policy (addendum)

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which American Bullion Jewelry, LLC (“ABJ”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “user”) of its www.bullionjewelry.com web site (“web site”). ABJ reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time by posting such changes to this page. Please check this Privacy Policy periodically for changes. The continued use of the web site or submission of orders following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.

ABJ is committed to safeguarding the information users entrust to ABJ and believes every user should know how ABJ utilizes the information collected from users. The web site is not directed at children under 13 years of age.

The Information ABJ Collects

Correcting/Updating Personal Information
If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as zip code), or if a user no longer desires to receive non-account specific information from ABJ, ABJ will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update and/or remove that user’s personal data.
