do not sell it, share it, or trade it to others, except as noted below.
We use UMB Bank and their NOVA system for
all credit card payments and check verification.
We
will however, if you specifically request, keep your
email address to notify you of any new designs or styles.
Please register your email address if you wish this
occasional service by sending us an email with your
email address.

from refiners who practice environmentally safe
methods of refining and who use gold from the Earth's already-mined metal supply.
As of Fall 2008, we are also located in our new studio, powered by the sun and wind.

Effective: November 31, 2007
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which American
Bullion Jewelry, LLC (“ABJ”) collects, uses,
maintains and discloses information collected from users
(each, a “user”) of its www.bullionjewelry.com
web site (“web site”). ABJ reserves the
right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or
remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time by
posting such changes to this page. Please check this
Privacy Policy periodically for changes. The continued
use of the web site or submission of orders
following the posting of changes to these terms will
mean you accept those changes.
Privacy
ABJ is committed to safeguarding the information users
entrust to ABJ and believes every user should know how
ABJ utilizes the information collected from users. The
web site is not directed at children under 13 years
of age.
The Information ABJ Collects
ABJ may collect personally identifiable information
from users in a variety of ways. Personally identifiable
information may include (i) contact data (such
as a user’s name, telephone number, mailing and
e-mail addresses); (ii) demographic data (such as a
user’s zip code, age and income), and (iii) financial

orders (including check, ACH,

If you communicate with ABJ (for example, by telephone

communication may be collected by ABJ. ABJ may also
collect information about how users use the web site,
for example, by tracking the number of unique views
received by the pages of the web site, or the domains
from which users originate. ABJ may use “cookies”
or “web beacons” to track how users use
the web site. While not all of the information that
ABJ collects from users is personally identifiable,
it may be associated with personally identifiable information
that users provide ABJ through the web site, via the
telephone, or otherwise. ABJ may use third party advertising
networks to serve advertisements on the web site. The
cookies received with banner advertisements served by
these networks are used to collect and build anonymous
behavioral profiles by these companies to deliver targeted
advertisements and tracking referrals, and ABJ generally
does not have access to this information.
How ABJ Uses Information

and services offered by ABJ and its trusted affiliates,
independent contractors, and business partners, and
otherwise to enhance users' experience with ABJ and
such affiliates, independent contractors, and business
partners. ABJ may also use information collected through
the web site to: (i) verify that users meet the criteria
required to process their requests, or (ii) for research
regarding the effectiveness of the web site and the
marketing, advertising and sales efforts of ABJ, its
trusted affiliates, independent contractors, and business
partners.
Disclosure of Information
ABJ may disclose information collected from users to
trusted affiliates, independent contractors and business
partners who will use the information for the purposes
outlined above. ABJ may also disclose aggregate, anonymous
data based on information collected from users to investors
and potential partners. Finally, ABJ may transfer information
collected from users in connection with a sale of ABJ’s

Information about users that is maintained on ABJ’s
systems is protected using standard security measures.
However, ABJ cannot guarantee that the information submitted
to, maintained on, or transmitted from ABJ’s systems

if you would like your information updated or removed
from ABJ’s systems.
Correcting/Updating Personal Information
If a user’s personally identifiable information
changes (such as zip code), or if a user no longer desires
to receive non-account specific information from ABJ,
ABJ will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update
and/or remove that user’s personal data. This
