THE FINE PRINT

  1. Because of the value of American Bullion Jewelry, we ship only to confirmed addresses. That is, the shipping address must be the same as the credit card billing address or the address associated with your bank account.

  2. All telephone orders received, whether credit card, wire transfer or check, are locked into the market price at the time of the order.

  3. All online orders received, whether paid by credit card, check, or money order are locked into the market price only after we have sent email confirmation and have received an affirmative email response from you. If you place your online order when we are closed, we will send email confirmation the next business day. You must respond by email, accepting the order, within one business day of receiving our confirmation. If you do not respond, or if you respond in the negative, your order will be cancelled without penalty. NO orders placed online will be shipped without your email acceptance.

  4. American Bullion Jewelry is sold by weight. Be aware that the market (spot) price of gold fluctuates. The spot price of gold may be higher or lower on the day you order than on the day you receive your bracelet. Such is life. Your cost remains the same.

  5. Orders cancelled by customers after telephone or email confirmation are not renewable and customers that cancel orders (except as noted in item 3 above) are usually not allowed to reorder.

  6. We do not accept email orders because email is not secure. Please DO NOT send any personal information to us except via our secure online ordering form or by telephone.

  7. We must charge 5.725% sales tax on all orders shipped to a Missouri address.

  8. The major credit card companies require us to collect sales tax on all corporate credit-card purchases, regardless of location unless you present American Bullion Jewelry with a state certificate of sales/use tax exemption.

  9. Due to the nature of our products and a fluctuating gold market, there is no back ordering.

  10. Although we generally ship your Bullion Bracelet within 24 hours of receiving your order (often the same day), we guarantee shipment within five days after confirmation of secure funds. If the order cannot be shipped within this time limit, we will call or email you to ask your specific permission for any delay. This is an extremely rare occurrence and is something we try hard to avoid.

  11. Orders are assigned security trade numbers and cannot be combined. This means that if you call in an order, and we confirm it, then later you want to add another item, it will be on a different order.

  12. Sorry, we cannot ship COD.

  13. No International Orders. We currently sell and ship ONLY within the U.S.

CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS

  1. We accept money orders and personal or company checks. However, they must clear our bank before we ship your order. This is done electronically after we receive your funds and is almost instantaneous.
  2. Our mailing address for funds is PO Box 1. Centerview, Missouri 64019.
  3. We allow up to five business days for your check to arrive after receiving your phone or email confirmation. If it has not arrived in that time, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We encourage you to use Priority Mail when sending checks or money orders.

WIRE TRANSFERS

  1. We accept wire transfers direct to our bank, provided that the bracelet ordered is available for immediate shipment within three business days. We will supply our bank routing number and account number when you place your order by calling our toll free number 1-877-520-5202. We give a 2 percent courtesy discount to all customers who pay by wire transfer.
  2. ALL orders over $5,000 must be paid for by bank wire transfer.
  3. Orders involving wire transfers are taken only by telephone during business hours, not online.

RETURNS

  1. If you are not satisfied with your Bullion Bracelet for any reason, we will exchange it or refund your payment (your choice) within the first 10 days. Your return shipping postmark must be within 10 days of our original shipping postmark. After the 10-day period, we will issue an exchange or make a repair solely on the basis of defects in workmanship or materials.

  2. Before returning merchandise, you must call us to obtain permission and shipping instructions. The bracelet must be returned exactly as new, with only light fingerprints and no evidence of damage or wear.

  3. For the 10-day return, your bracelet must be returned in its original gift box.

  4. We require you to insure the bracelet for its full purchase price and mail it back to us via U.S. Post Office Priority Mail at the address we give in our telephone instructions.

  5. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in the mail or uninsured. We open returned merchandise under strict security conditions. American Bullion Jewelry will report to the appropriate authorities any fraud involved in product exchanges.
